Bigby enjoyed his finest professional season with the Packers in 2007 when he set career highs and led the team with 121 tackles and five interceptions, while starting every game. His tackle total was the highest by a Packers defensive back since 1990. Injuries curtailed Bigby’s 2008 season, but he bounced back in ’09 with another solid season, racking up four interceptions.
Bigby was born in Jamaica and moved to the United States at age four. He was named by his grandmother, who liked the word Atari, a Japanese word that means “attack.” Bigby is a Rastafarian.
Bigby and wife, Jill, have two daughters, Michelle and Leenah. Throughout his career, Bigby has been very active in the community.
