Daily Roundup: Wild Card Wednesday

Posted Jan 1, 2014

Check out all the articles, videos, photos and behind the access of the Bolts getting ready for the Bengals.

It's been a busy two days for the San Diego Chargers as they have been ringing in the New Year by getting ready for Sunday's Wild Card showdown with the Cincinnati Bengals.  Here are all the articles, videos, highlights and behind the scenes access from Chargers Park.

First up, check out these exclusive practice photos of the Bolts on the field on Wednesday.

On Tuesday we posted our weekly scouting report.  Click here to learn everything you need to know about the big game between the San Diego Chargers and Cincinnati Bengals.

While the team was thrilled to reach the postseason, they also spoke about not being satisfied to simply make it.  The Bolts want to do some damage and go on a Super Bowl run.

Of course in order to reach the playoffs, they had to win a hard fought game over the Kansas City Chiefs.  We followed Manti Te'o around Qualcomm Stadium to see what life was like for the rookie on game day.  Check out Game Time with Manti Te'o below.

We opened up the popular mailbag this morning and there was a ton of great questions.  Most revolved around the playoffs and what it means to the team to be in the tournament.  Click here to read through the fan mailbag and see if your question was answered.

D.J. Fluker is one of many players who will be making his postseason debut against the Bengals.  He checked in as our guest blogger for the week.  Check here to read Fluker's thoughts on this Sunday's game as well as what his reaction was when Ryan Succop missed Kansas City's would-be game-winning field goal.

Overall, there are only 13 players who have postseason experience on the Chargers.  Still, the Bolts are no stranger to "all or nothing" football as they have been in a do-or-die situation for the last month.

Meanwhile, many of the Chargers spoke with the media today.  Watch below to hear what Mike McCoy, Philip Rivers, Eric Weddle, Keenan Allen, Ryan Mathews, Danny Woodhead, Jarret Johnson and Manti Te'o had to say.

Finally, if you'd like to join us in Cincinnati, check out our official travel package for Sunday's game.  If you can't make it out to the Queen City, click here to learn all the ways to watch the game.

Now, you can stay in touch with the team anytime, anywhere, on your mobile device with the official app of the San Diego Chargers.
