Daily Roundup: Bolts Back For Round Two

Posted Jul 26, 2013

Here's your daily training camp roundup directly from Chargers Park.

The San Diego Chargers were back at it again on Friday for the second training camp practice, and here’s everything you need to know about what occurred at Chargers Park.

We start with some unfortunate news regarding Jonas MoutonThe third year linebacker suffered a torn ACL and is expected to miss an extensive period of time.  Along with his teammates and coaches, we wish him a speedy recovery.

On the flip side, I’m happy to report that Vincent Brown is back and looking as good as ever.  Click here to read about how the dynamic third-year wideout hasn’t missed a beat in his recovery from a broken ankle that cost him the entire 2012 season.

If you weren't able to make it out to today's session, click through this photo gallery and then watch some of the day's top highlights as well as Friday's camp snapshot below.

Also impressing has been Danario Alexander, who is thrilled to be able to participate in training camp this year after joining the Bolts midseason.  Read about how DX is a weapon right here, and then click through this photo gallery.

On the defensive side of the ball, third-year pro Shareece Wright has earned the confidence of his teammates and coaches.  Check out what the promosing young corner had to say.

We're grateful that D.J. Fluker took a few short minutes from his busy schedule to give us a blog entry on what life is like for the first-round pick. You don't want to miss what the popular rookie had to say!

For more on the Chargers, check out the videos below to hear from Mike McCoy, Malcom Floyd, Donald Butler and Vincent Brown.

Finally, if you missed yesterday’s BoltsCast with Philip Rivers, be sure to watch it below for a glimpse at what makes Rivers such a special player.
