Chargers receive 24-hour extension to reach sellout and lift blackout

The Chargers now have until 1:15 p.m. PT Friday to sell the remaining 1,100 tickets for Sunday's home opener.

Due to the shortened week following the Chargers’ appearance on Monday Night Football, the National Football League granted the team a 24-hour extension in an effort to reach a sellout and lift the local television blackout of this Sunday’s Chargers-Ravens game.  The team now has until 1:15 pm PT on Friday to sell the remaining 1,100 tickets.

Tickets are available now at the Chargers’ ticket office at Gate C at Qualcomm Stadium, at www.Chargers.com and through TicketMaster at 800-745-3000.
