Fans at Chargers training camp have gone nuts for #50.
Today, some young children from O’ahu had even more reason to.
Manti Te’o hosted 20-30 youths from a little league baseball team from his native Hawaii.
“One of my close family friends worked at a high school I was at and has a little league team, so I invited them out here” said the Chargers rookie. “It was big for me to have them here. One of the things I truly believe is that kids should set goals for themselves. For me, when kids see their goals in front of them, those goals become more believable and attainable in their eyes. So it was good for me to just see them and their faces when they experience these type of things.”
