Chargers Mourn Passing of Beloved Wilbur Young

The San Diego Chargers were saddened to learn former defensive end Wilbur Young passed away on July 5.
A popular teammate out of William Penn, he played in 52 games for the team from 1978-82. Young was initially drafted in the second round by the Kansas City Chiefs, and also played for the Washington Redskins as well as the Arizona Wranglers of the USFL.
