Single-game tickets to San Diego Chargers regular-season games go on sale Friday, May 30 at 10 a.m. The team will also hold an exclusive online single-game presale for Season Ticket Members beginning on Tuesday, May 27 beginning at 10 a.m.
For the first time, “variable pricing” on single-game tickets will be instituted in 2014. This season’s general single-game tickets will be priced at various levels that reflect the value based on expected demand. Variable pricing is already used in most professional sports leagues, including the NFL, NBA, NHL, Major League Baseball and many of the NCAA's largest college football programs.
Variable pricing does not impact the total cost of a season ticket package. Season Ticket Members will continue to pay a lower price, giving them the greatest value for their membership. Each game’s face-value price will be reflected on both season tickets and single-game tickets, placing a value on the individual games within the package.
Season tickets continue to provide the best available seat locations and prices. Season Ticket Members are paying the same price for their package that they paid last season. Members receive the best overall value with prices starting at $39 per game and savings ranging from $83 to $226 compared to the purchase of single-game tickets.
Fans will be able to purchase tickets by logging onto chargers.com/tickets. Tickets can also be purchased at the Chargers Ticket Office at Qualcomm Stadium (Gate C).
The Ticket Office is open Monday-Friday 8-5 p.m. and Saturday from 10-4 p.m.
