Rookie Steve Williams suffered a torn pectoral muscle against the Chicago Bears on Thursday.
The fifth-round pick (number 145 overall) is a speedy 5-foot-10, 185-pound cornerback out of California. A solid junior campaign in 2012 landed him honorable mention All-Pac-12 honors and team MVP honors. For the year he recorded career highs in interceptions (three), total passes defensed (13), tackles (80) and tackles for loss (seven).
