It was another busy week at Chargers Park as the team returned to the field for the second week of OTA’s.
Late last week the team announced they agreed to terms with Dwight Freeney. That signing became official on Monday, and his acquisition was the talk of practice. See what Freeney’s new teammates had to say about him right here.
You can also see what Head Coach Mike McCoy and Defensive Coordinator John Pagano had to say after Monday's practice, including how they plan to deploy Freeney.
On Tuesday the Chargers made another big signing, bringing in left tackle Max Starks from Pittsburgh. I had the chance to talk directly with Starks over the phone moments after he signed his contract. Here is what he had to say. You can also find a photo gallery of Starks in action here as well.
One of the feel good stories of OTA’s so far has been the return of Vincent Brown, who missed all of last year due to a broken ankle. Read all about Brown right here.
