Desktops

  • Try refreshing your Internet browser (i.e. Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or IE).
  • Close your Internet browser and then try going to www.chargers.com again using the same Internet browser.
  • Close your Internet browser and try using a different Internet browser.
  • Check and make sure you are connected to the Internet. The easiest way to check is to try opening another web page in your Internet browser.
  • Reboot your computer.
  • If the audio is low, check the video player and your device's volume settings.
Tablets/Smartphones

  • Try refreshing your window.
  • If not using WiFi, check your device to be sure you have a good signal.
  • If using WiFi, check to see if your WiFi connection is enabled.
  • Close all other apps and relaunch the Internet browser.
  • Reboot your device.
  • If the audio is low, check the video player and your device's volume settings.
