2010 SD CHARGER PLAYOFF TICKET SWEEPSTAKES
OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.

Sweepstakes begins January 6, 2010 and ends January 12, 2010.

1. HERE'S HOW TO ENTER: Beginning January 6, 2010 through January 12, 2010, when you purchase any Officially Licensed San Diego Chargers Merchandise at a participating Albertsons store in Southern California (listed below) , you will be given an official sweepstakes entry form at the register. Hand print your complete name, street address (no P.O. Boxes), city, state, zip code, age , and daytime and evening telephone numbers. Place your entry in the official ballot box at the customer service desk. Limit one entry per person, per day. The purchase of product does not increase the chances of winning. No photocopies or mechanical reproductions are permitted. Void where prohibited.

Hand print your complete name, street address (no P.O. Boxes), city, state, zip code, age, and daytime and evening telephone numbers. Place your entry in the official ballot box at the customer service desk. Limit one entry per person, per day. No photocopies or mechanical reproductions are permitted. Void where prohibited.

3. SPONSOR: SuperValu Inc., through its Albertsons Southern California Division, 1421 S. Manhattan Ave., Fullerton, CA 92831.

4. ELIGIBILITY: The 2010 SD Charger Playoff Ticket Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of California (and excluding where otherwise prohibited by law, rule or regulation) who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law. Employees, officers and directors (including immediate family members and members of the same household) of SuperValu Inc., through its Albertsons Southern California Division (“SuperValu”) and the San Diego Chargers are not eligible to participate. All federal, state, and local laws apply.

5. PRIZES: Two (2) adjacent seat tickets to the San Diego Chargers playoff football game (“Prize”) on January 16 or 17, 2010 (final game date to be determined) will be awarded to approximately forty-seven (47) winners. One winner will be pulled at each participating store. Seat locations and ticket value vary depending on availability. Tickets may not be exchanged or substituted. Approximate Retail Value of all Prizes = $10,340. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Sponsor is not responsible for cancellations or postponements. Limit one prize per family/household. Sponsor and the San Diego Chargers reserve the right to remove or to deny entry to winner and/or guest who engages in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person at the game or exhibition. Sponsor and the San Diego Chargers will not be responsible for acts of God, acts of terrorism, civil disturbances, work stoppage or any other natural disaster outside their control that may cause the cancellation of the playoff game.

6. WINNER SELECTION: A random drawing will be held on January 13, 2010 to select the winners from among all eligible entries at each participating Albertsons. Potential prize winners will be notified by phone on January 13, 2010 around 9 AM (Pacific Time).

7. WINNER NOTIFICATION: Immediately upon notification, Sponsor (or its agents or employees) will make a deliberate effort to contact the potential winner by telephone or telephone message. The potential winner will have until Thursday, January 14, 2010 at 7 PM (Pacific Time) to go to the respective Store and claim the Prize. If Prize is not claimed by 7 PM (Pacific Time) onThursday , January 14, 2010, the potential winner forfeits the Prize. Store personnel will then contact the first alternate by telephone or telephone message. First alternate will have until Friday, January 15, 2010, 7 PM (Pacific Time) to go to the Store and claim the Prize. If Prize is not claimed by Friday, January 15, 2010 at 7 PM (Pacific Time) after notification, the first alternate forfeits the Prize and the Prize will not be awarded for the scheduled playoff game. [

8. GENERAL RULES: By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the judges and Sponsors as final and binding in all matters pertaining to the sweepstakes. By participating in this sweepstakes and/or accepting a prize, entrants, winners, agree to hold Sponsor, the San Diego Chargers, participating media, and each of their respective directors, officers, employees and assigns, harmless against any and all claims and liability arising out of use of prize or participation in the sweepstakes. Winners assume all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by participation in this promotion or use or redemption of any prize. No substitution or transfer of prize permitted. All federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of winners. All federal, state and local laws apply. Winners are responsible for all transportation and other expenses incurred as a result of attending and traveling to and from the game.

Sponsors and the San Diego Chargers are not responsible for lost, damaged, incomplete, illegible, mutilated or misdirected entries, entries not received in time for random drawing or other errors of any kind. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the sweepstakes if fraud, or misconduct destroy the integrity of the sweepstakes or the administration, security, or proper administration of the program as determined by Sponsor/judging agency/administrator, in their sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the game. Any use of robotic, automatic, programmed or the like methods of participation will void all submissions by such methods. All materials submitted become the sole property of Sponsor and will not be returned.

PARTICIPATING STORES
